The focus is food

I need to set the record straight right off the bat. UpChuck is about food specifically, not about the places I eat the food in particular.

I will still use my Yelp account to rate businesses and the places I eat at because they need the love too, and service and atmosphere are just as important to rate, just not here. I will most likely mention them and link to the appropriate Yelp page but the main focus here is food, and how I felt about it being a rank-and-file white guy from the Midwest who grew up on hotdogs and pizza.
